Newly restored, the Beach Walk cottage maintains its old world character with hardwood floors, large baseboards and an original tin ceiling in the kitchen and bathroom. The downstairs features a large fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar; a comfortably, yet elegant furnished living room, spacious dining room, a cozy reading nook, 2 piece bathroom and utility room complete with washer and dryer. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a fabulous bathroom. It’s a 2 minute walk from the house to Lockeport’s famous Crescent Beach, and a 5 – 20 minute walk to other “wilder” beaches in the area.Overlooking the town common, Beach Walk Cottage is centrally located, making it an easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, museums, playground and walking trails. Internet is available at the Tourist Center on the Beach, and at the Library, around the corner from the house The historic town of Shelburne with its shopping and restaurants is about 2 minutes away. Liverpool with its Privateering heritage is 45 minutes drive; while the UNESCO World Heritage town of Lunenburg is 1.5 hrs away to the east.
