We have stayed at this Sea Star Cottage on several occasions. It is a lovely and tranquil spot to get recharged and enjoy a vacation. It is very private and yet close to a beautiful beach! You will think you are in a paradise when you see the beach! The cottage is cozy and wonderfully decorated. We would highly recommend it to all ages!

DescriptionStarfish cottage is a cheerful, bright two bedroom cottage overlooking Port Mouton bay with its crystal waters and white sandy beaches.A delightful seaside cottage – the main floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area; comfortably furnished living room complete with television, VCR and DVD player and a three piece bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. A deck at the front of the property is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee and watching the world float by. A larger rear deck is complete with garden furniture and a BBQ. Trees and shrubbery provide a privacy screen from the road. Ideal for a family of four, this cottage is an excellent base from which to explore the south shore. With 7 beaches in the area, there are plenty of seaside activities to keep the explorer in you busy. This cottage shares a drive way with Sand Dollar Cottage. And, while the cottages are far enough apart to create a sense of separation, they are close enough to make them ideal for an extended family vacation. LocationStar Fish Cottage is located in the quiet coastal community of Port Mouton. It is about ten minutes to Liverpool for shopping and restaurants; an hour and half to the provincial capital of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Kejimkujik Seaside Adjunct is approximately 15 minutes away.The Port Mouton peninsula is fringed with some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Nova Scotia.
